1st time buying from Gundam.my. Screwed it up by filling the wrong address, lol. Notice that later after looking at payment receipt. Then i immediately ask the support to fix it. They fix it fast. Really sorry for the inconveniences caused, sometimes the email tends to flow in alot and we have alot of input channel like wechat, LINE, whatsapp, email, facebook PM and etc, and we are in potential to missed the input channel responses especially with lack of support team member.
However, we had whatsapp you to apologize too and you'd mentioned you'd let us know in future if there's anymore transaction that you would like to request for further discount.
