Sorry for late reply due to some circumstance, overall the process including Q&A through email are great and superb even though I made a pre-order item which I have to wait until the item is in stock. The ABX Express delivery process this time are much improved than the last one. They send the items the next day after you guys sent it to them on 17 November as you guys stressed them to sent the items right on time without any reasons to delay.
