Fast and Efficient, there\'s some mistake in delivery progress due to the time of same day delivery can goes up to 10pm, but quick respond from support team manage to change address to suit the delivery time.

Hi, Gundam.my. I have received my order ID 642856 along with another one ID 643315 in fast delivery, no delays at all with POSLAJU. It was satisfied and superb compared to previous order which I was used ABX. No comments about the communications and customer services including no dents on parcel but I want to say thank you very much to Gundam.my for allowed me to take request on changing delivery service even though need to pay extra charge using POSLAJU if charged more on parcel. I want to recommending about improve towards costumer satisfaction such as delivery service option on request whether through on email or official page and updating about every delivery services charged would be nice as they can make their choices on it. So, that\'s all what I can say right now and this is fifth time (combined ordered) ordered from you guys. I hope you guys would remain my request delivery service with POSLAJU from now on and as always stay awesome! X3
