Customer service: I\'ll start off here. 5 stars, I would say. The customer service is EXCELLENT! It was a public holiday in Selangor but they responds very quickly. I have a problem when the money was transferring, so I FB pm-ed them, SMs-ed them, even called them. Though they are busy, they replied each of them in an hour time. They even gave me a call back to reassure my problem and make sure it\'s settled. Then, there was a glitch as I saw the postcode was written my KL address. I fb-pmed them to find out if I\'ve given the right address, they replied instantaneously and settled my problem in 15 minutes. The personnel I was talking to was very patient and friendly. They provide all the help and support they can to solve the problem I faced. KUDO-s, guys! A job well done! DELIVERY: It takes only 1 day to reach my place after dispatched. I picked it up at the ABX office as I was in town and not going to be at home after 1pm. The boxes were packed nicely and not much spoilage occurs, jz some dent on the box... The products inside were fine.

Extremely fast service, item received in less than 2 working days. Only conplaint is ABXs\' packaging. No protection layer and the box is slightly deformed. Still, 11/10 will deal again.
