An interesting order to review. Order started off with a website glitch(?) on stock count on MG Duel (from Gundam Seed Series). Staff was very helpful with swift responses when asked for possible restock/replacement with another kit. Thus the 5/5 on communication. Very good service provided. Delivery was however a nightmare. JT Express staff delivered the goods to a wrong address with image provided clearly showing wrong address. This was quickly caught by us and contacted the delivery driver to fix the problem. Delivery driver collected the good and still couldn't deliver to proper address without us trying to locate the driver. This is not a new township nor confusing address to deliver to so if I were to rate the delivery, it is -5/5. VERY BAD AND VERY DISAPPOINTING given the large amount of goods associated with the order. The image uploaded on JT website is equally useless and doesn't show the story and frustration on this review. Overall? I have to give it 1/5 star because the 5/5 communication combined with a delivery nightmare of -5/5, I simply cannot see myself giving anything higher unless a better delivery company is contracted or improved service were observed, if we ever order from gundamMY again.

Nice. Just started again after 9 year break. Still the best prices here. Good packing, good delivery. But I feel some of the webpage links a bit glitch/broken, like after payment is made and the comment input section.

The box is heavily dented which is delivery by J&T. Luckily after checked, the plastic runner didn’t affected. Previously all goods delivered by ABX is very good.

Purchased item(s) was received earlier than scheduled & in a very good condition without any damage(s) or missing part(s) as it was packed well. Runner(s) was complete as in the manual & no broken/damage(s) on it.
