Overall Gundam.my effort to protect the packaging for the delivery is great and process to deliver out the order is also fast. It would be great if Gundam.my can provide options for customer to choose which type of postage delivery are preferable (Normal pos, poslaju or etc) so that customer (especially customer from East Malaysia which takes longer time to receive the parcel) can get their parcel based on their need. Other than that, I think it will be nice if Gundam.my can provide an option to package the goods in such a way to keep the items inside the package private. Those above are my personal opinion throughout my shopping experience with Gundam.my. Overall I\'m happy that I can shop online in local for Gunpla with hassle free and reasonable price

Yes, normally customer can leave us a "remark" on the remark field if he intended to use poslaju  / e-parcel so our customer service team will get back to him.
