So far, this is the best and trustworthy Gundam online shop website that I recommended myself and my friends to buy especially buying online. The communications between customer with the staff in my email are efficient and very helpful and the process starting from ordering the items until delivering are great. However, I\'m a bit disappointing with the delivery service, ABX Express, which delayed the process of delivery the items to my place, Bandar Puncak Alam in 3 days (Delivered in 28/10/15) but they arrived eventually in good condition. So, thumbs up for Gundam.my and I love it. X3

Communication response was quick as always. Before this my orders usually arrive in less than two days using ABX Express, in good condition too. However, this time the parcel arrived 6 days after the dispatch date... via Pos Laju… the box was badly dented…and some of the pieces were already cut off prematurely from the runner, fortunately the pieces itself were not damaged.
