Thanks for the fast delivery. Despite of the problem that was created by Pos Malaysia (which delaying my parcel up to 3 weeks and ended up 1 of the things that i ordered is not in the box) you guys make effort to help me and the left behind items was received by me within 1 day after i complaint (to sabah 😱). 👍🏼 Good service.

efficient, and good item arrive, handle with care but gundam box is not suit for gundam collection member as the box has been squeezed a bit...will purchase again if there is promotion as normal price are a bit expensive but average compare to market price...thumb up

Hello there, i just want to express my high thumbs-up for your really fast action with regards to my ordered items.. for the past orders i can say that the delivery system is of real speed as it is handled by ABX Express... but my recently ordered items on 9th of October (which is not delivered as of the time being) you had chosen POSLAJU which is not good when it comes to quick delivery of parcels... may I request you guys to please please please always acquire the service of ABX Express.. PS: btw this is my first time to order directly from your website. I\'ve been using Lelong.my in ordering items from the seller hobbystore.

Yes, first of all we apoologize on the inconveniences caused to you for the delivery service quality was badly handled by POSLAJU.
FYI, you may write on the comment / remark section on the shipping address, that you would prefer ABX courier, then we may pack accordingly ya.
