Purchased a LBX for the first time from Gundam.My. 1. Extremely satisfied with the service due to: a) Clear and constant Communication - Calverstine answered all my questions and even assisted me during the purchase process via SMS. b) Important updates regarding my package: I am very happy that I was update about my product\'s deliver via mail and ID tracker given. Felt like a little game as I tracked where my LBX is via the Yamato ID. c) The care taken toward the packaging of my LBX. The bubble wrap wasn\'t damaged. The protective brown box was undamaged, to my surprise. Not even crumpled, soaked or torn 2. Surprised: a) Calverstine actually gave back my RM 2 which I transferred to him to pay for his SMSes. Calverstine, I salute you! 3. Stock: a) I thought I couldn\'t get this LBX at all due to all the searching and calling up the usual \"brick & mortar\" retail stores. Communication with the \"brick & mortar\" retail stores weren\'t pleasent as they would either not serve you, say they don\'t know or even just hang up, eventhough you are trying to purchase their products. In Summary: Will definately be buying more from Gundam.my.
