Item was received in good condition 5 days after order. 1st day was a public holiday so obviously wasn\'t expecting it to come then. However I did thought it was going to come the next day, however this is due to the courier and not the shop itself. Good service overall from this shop. Change to Pos Laju guys :D

Good day to you and thanks for using our service.

We do provide P** L**U service and some customer might even request P** L**U delivery method. The problem occurs when customer find out that P** L**U charges is pretty expensive, this is not a problem if the customer is willing to pay. 
However, we sincerely apologize on the late delivery and we have reflected to the ABX manager requesting further improvement to satisfy our customer.
Last but not least, we thanks and really appreciate for your feedback and hope you can continue support us, it's our pleasure to serve you always.

This time is my third order from here, but this time really not satisfactory bcoz still hasnt got my item maybe the problem is with the delivery service. Next time should use the Taq Q Bin delivery coz during my first order the item delivered really fast. The ABX express really unreliable and doesnt even reply the customer complaints.

Dear Nur Salam Yakup,

We are really sorry for the poor services given by ABX Express. We have complaint this to their Manager and they promised to improve the service in the future. Actually we have also consider Ta-Q-Bin and given customer to select this courier service when made order, but the courier fee is a bit higher.
Once again, we apologize the late delivery and any inconvenience caused.
