The parcel just arrived on Saturday, 13th June and received was in very good condition. Status of confirmation of delivery was too early - I didn't confirmed the "Delivered" option and it is your system that confirmed it without my knowledge. I am already having so much trouble with poslaju in delay of delivery and tracking issues on this one single parcel. I suggest that Gundam.My needs to upgrade its tracking system - eg. Shoppee's tracking method is a good example. Also, I realised that deliveries are faster through your GundamShop Shoppee page than via Gundam.My flagship page. I feel poslaju prioritises Shoppee and it affects the delivery chain. I'd rather purchase from your Shoppee page as I can track the parcel with ease and the parcel gets delivered much earlier even if experiencing some delay. It is largely Poslaju to be blame for this problem. I am still satisfied with Gundam.My and the packaging done for this batch of items in this order is the BEST! I am very grateful. For having the parcel stuck in Poslaju Service Centres for a very long time and be delivered to me in super good condition and well package is the good news. Thank you Gundam.My once more.

order delivered 2 weeks later. quite late then 3 orders before maybe bcs of MCO and Raya so i might let it be. some parts hv cutted from the runner but as a whole parts. the box kinda penyet sikit overall, it is still great bcs of customer service are top notch. might take some time to make my next order
